BABY FORUMS
My best friend Karin has this horrible tendency to Google everything that can go wrong during pregnancy where me on the other hand I Google all the fun facts. With all her pregnancy queries she goes to Google and somehow ends up on BabyCenter. I am now busy signing up but I am not sure if she is on the UK or SA one but low and behold I am going to spy on her and see if she registered and commented. During pregnancy people always seem to have something stupid and negative to say and the same goes for these sites. How about some positivity and leave the bad news telling for the doctors. I am under the name AngeliqueSA.
POEM - A BOY OR A GIRL
Pregnancy Poem
As the baby kicks around in the womb, the mother wonders what he or she will be like. One thing she knows for sure this baby will be loved unconditionally.
A Boy Or A Girl
© Regina M. Linn
At first you moved,
only a little.
I could always find you,
right in the middle.
As time went on,
you really started to grow.
It wasn't a whole lot,
in fact, it was rather slow.
Before I knew it,
you were all over the place.
It kind of felt like,
you were running a race.
People would ask me,
if, you were a boy or a girl.
I would sit and wonder,
if, you would have curls.
There are so many things,
I really want to know.
But, you are hidden inside,
so the answers don't show.
How much will you weigh?
How tall will you be?
What color is your hair?
Will you even like me?
I hope and pray,
you feel like you belong.
I never want you to feel,
like you are alone.
Your Dad and I,
planned you from the start.
You, my dear child,
were made straight from our hearts.
In about a week or so,
I'll meet you, for the first time.
For you are the product,
of your Dad's love and mine.
There will be no one like you,
not any place in the world.
It really doesn't matter,
if you are a boy or a girl.
We are both so happy,
that you even exist.
The gender doesn't matter.
you'll be hard to resist.
I hope I make you proud,
that I am your mother everyday.
Because, you have filled my dreams,
in more ways, than words can say.
It won't be long before,
I can look you in the eyes.
I can feel the excitement growing,
I know I'm going to cry.
Don't worry my angel,
those tears will be of joy.
It won't matter to me,
if you are a girl or a boy.
only a little.

POEM - A NOTE TO MY SON
Pregnancy Poem
An expectant mother promises all goodness and love to her son that will be born.
A Note To My Son
© Dacia Lockwood
Time is moving slowly,
The day is almost here.
The anxiety and joy is building up,
For my baby boy will soon appear.
I can't wait to see your smiling face,
And hold your little hand.
Just then I'll know deep inside
that you’re my little man.
I have so much to share with you
day after day.
And to you my son I will give my love
in each and every way.
The day is almost here.
The anxiety and joy is building up,
For my baby boy will soon appear.
I can't wait to see your smiling face,

20 WEEKS 14 JANUARY 2013
20 WEEKS 14 JANUARY 2013
I packed my hospital bags today. A whole 3 bags later! There is so much to do still. I spring cleaned or at least tried to but the heat got the better of me. I made more space in my rom as well. All the baby things are washed but I need to pack them away. I need to query about hospitals because some hospitals let your baby room in with you and others let the baby sleep in the nursery with the other babies. I don't like the nursery idea. I've watched my pregnancy DVD's a million times. I've never been one for pregnancy but I am excited about having a physical baby in my arms. I feel more emotional these days. I feel teary a lot of the times but it is probably hormones. My legs get numb when I'm too active. Below is one of my dvd's I am watching.

20 WEEKS PREGNANT
9 JANUARY 2013
Approx. 20 weeks pregnant
Approx. 20 weeks pregnant
I have recently picked up 2kg all of a sudden. I have a similar symptom that I had with Corbynne I AM HAIRY!!! I have no more morning sickness and most of my tiredness is gone. I weigh 79kg I am very uncomfortable when sleeping and I can feel the weight of my chest picking up. I can feel the baby kicking and moving but nobody else can feel it through my tummy yet. Karin and I tried to hear the baby's heartbeat with a statoscope but heard nothing. My sans EDD seems very scattered so I am sticking to my LMP EDD. This baby is very relaxed but it's because I am not working at the moment and nothings causing me stress. We are still deciding on names. I am very constipated but Milk of Magnesia helps. I do have hypotension and heavy headaches.

Corbynne went with for the baby's 20 week scan. It is another boy! We saw the baby's face, fingers, hands, arms, legs and best of all the bottom of his foot was printed for me :) I have his mini footprint. How many mothers can say they have that?
MY THOUGHTS - 10 JANUARY 2013 (19-20 WEEKS)
My thoughts these days are more about getting ready for baby and thinking about where I would like to live. I am thinking about my birth plan and whether or not to accept an epidural for pain relief. Tea gives me severe heartburn and I get chest pains. I need to book a dental appointment for the whole family. I have been putting it off for too long. I am getting leg spasms at night. I am getting varicose veins on my legs. The strange dreams have subsided a bit.
NOTES TO MY BABY- 10 JANUARY 2013 (19-20 WEEKS)
We have the scan behind us and you are growing so nicely. We found out that you are a boy. I love you so much already. We are all so excited for you to arrive. Your cot is ready and all your clothes are waiting. I am very excited to meet you. We can't think of a name for you. Wish us luck in finding you a name my angel.

SCRABOOKING AND FOOT SOLES
Since I having nothing better to do these days I am thinking of scrapbooking. With my 1st son I kept a book documenting everything through pregnancy until current birthdays etc. I am keeping the same kind of book with this one but there is nothing wow about these books and I need to wow it up a bit. My friend Karin is also creative like me and with both her daughter Sharne and this pregnancy she is keeping Journals. She's more artistic than me but it is nice to have a best friend that has similar interests. I haven't blog in so long I haven't informed anybody of all the cute things happening in my life. I found out IT'S ANOTHER BOY! I went for my 20 week scan and got the cutest pic ever! A foot sole!
